Diane;
There are many things to check but I would start with the printer and printer driver. There are many pieces of hardware that will not work with Windows XP. Let us know what printer and printer driver are in use. Also, are you using VFP 6.0 with service pack 5.0?

>To me the problem seems to be related to the printer. I know they have been using that printer for many years with my program without problem. I also know they upgrade their workstation to the latest windows XP version recently. At this moment, I don't know for sure the printer brand name; it's a dot matrix printer (maybe Okidata).
