>>When making personal decisions, don't people try to choose the path that is best for them? It may or may not turn out to be the best, but isn't that the goal?<<

Sure. And if 4 Baptist Pastors started attending bible studies and telling people that Islam is the way to go, the congregation that they lead would say: no problem, people change, great to see Pastors being open to other ideas, and of course they can can go right on being Baptist Pastors while they do their best to convert the congregation to Allah.

Yeah, I know, "dotNET isn't a religion". Sure it isn't. It is the last fling of a monolithic, hardware-focused IT industry that is about to be turned on its head as soon as speech-enabled, non-discrete tools can provide interaction with subscription services for "everything" in the same way as most of us now subscribe to banking services without even realising it.

Gotta run ;-)

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
