Hi Sergey,

>According to MS it's a feature not a bug and it's done this way for performance reason

This is smoke in the eyes.

In fact:

On VFP documentation is written,

"VARTYPE( ) is similar to the TYPE( ) function, but VARTYPE( ) is faster and does not ..."

VARTYPE() eval function correctly ( MS have lose the performance reason),
ma not eval array correctly.

The problem is [] and () ambiguity on VFP language.

If for MS this bug is a feature, ok. I do not have VFP sources and I have not acquired a million of VFP licenses to upgrades in order to force the MS to correct it.

We keep this nth error.
