I would agree. I never did hear from their tech support, but finally figured out the setup.exe inside the zip was itself a zip. God knows where it extracted itself to but when I right-clicked and pointed it at a folder it extracted all the files I needed. Then there were some problems when it couldn't find my default browser to run the help, but could find it to take me to their website to register. Odd.
In any case, SharpDevelop seems to have more features and is really rather nice for a lean IDE. Thanks for suggesting it. Now I am about to tear into the Jesse Liberty book Programming in C# (3rd ed.) and Oberg's Introduction to C# Using .NET. I'm pretty excited about C# though there are mystieries in the syntax right now that I just have to have faith will become clear in "Aha" momemts over the next couple months.
