Same problem exist. in that when I use the debugger and exit it, I get the error message about a VFP error do I want to send the error message to Microsoft etc and have to use the task manager to close out of it. In Readme.htm there's instruction how to clean up VFP8beta installation before installing VFP8. Try to follow those insractions before reinstalling VFP8 again.
