I have an application that is running on many computers over a variety of operating systems. I have one specific computer that is running Win 98 Second Edition. On that one computer when the application is opened there are a series of fields on the first screen where the data fields show empty. All other fields in the screens work fine. As near as I can tell, all the fields have similar attributes other than the control source.

I have had this user re-install the application with the same results.

I had them zip the files in the directory and email them to me. I unzipped and they run fine on my computer and another Win 98 Second Edition at my office.

They also run MS Office on that Win 98 system and have not experienced any other symptoms.

Any suggestion on what I can do to isolate where the problem resides would be greatly appreciated. This is the only report of this problem, and this application is running on hundreds of computers.
