Well if they do not want to install IIS, how do they plan to send e-mail? Something has to be installed/running in order to send e-mail. Do they have an SMTP server? If so, then you should be able to set up an "Options" form for them so they can put in IP address of the server, as well as User ID and Password [if needed]. Then you can use that with West-Wind to send the e-mail. You can test this using your own personal ISP account with WW.

As a test, I configured our mail server (MS Exchange 5.5) to allow for relaying from my workstation...using my IP address. This worked great.
