It calls modal form 2 having a private DS using the same tables but Form 2 can't locate the AccPac table. If you manually locate that table, Form2 (and others like it) work fine for the remainder of the session. Each user has his own DBC containing the local and remote views which is located in the \\server\users\username directory. However, if I place a copy of that DBC in the \\server\app startup directory, the problem goes away. Under these circumstances though, all users are sharing a single copy of the DBC.

Are you sure Form2 is using the same DBC as Form1? Does Form1 do a SET PATH that Form2 doesn't?
