Hi Jordan. I agree and understand where you are coming from. Once a company decides to outsource any type of work then its only a matter of time before the search goes global for the best perceived business value. I dont think there is any problem with that in principle.

I think the anti-outsourcing posts in this forum stem primarily from two points of view (1) that outsourcing to increase profits at any cost to society at large, the environment, etc, is not acceptable (which I think most of us would agree with), and (2) from an emotional point of view - if you are the one who loses his job then whether that loss is due to a factory robot, another person in the same country, or to another person in another country will be of little consolation.
