there a lot of international organizatins, which observe situation world wide - HumanRightsWotch, TradeUnions, UNEnvironment Commision, CTO, etc.
I belive that if some firm aford to break international rules for inviroment polutions, or for safety work conditions this organizations will alarm international media.
The world is much-much opened, than 10-20 years ago and there are many comunication chanals through which this news will be broadcast to publicity.
