What do you mean object can be closed on remote computer?

This deactivating should happen automatically if JITA is enabled in component class placed inside COM+ Application. Right?

Basically it seems that I can use CREATEOBJECT() also to create remote objects if proxy is installed properly on client machine. That is the server name is set to the actual name used to connect to the server.

However using CREATEOBJECT() doesn't give me any other result.

If you have used COM+ have you managed to get the number of activated instances to decrease after ending method call.
