>Note to make a light out of your situation, I will tell you how screwed up some of these salons are. A few months ago I get a call in the office (not at home, mind you). The woman says, "Dmitry, I am calling to confirm your appointment for a bikini wax." I almost fell from the chair, although I nonchalantly explained to the receptionist that I would try anything, once, but this is not my type of thing <g>. Anyway, it turned out that one of my daughters made the appointment (for herself, of course) but they mistakenly entered the appointment against my name in their data base. (For those who wonder why I ended up in the salon's database <g>, they also do health massages and my wife gave me a gift certificate for a massage some time ago).

LOL :)
BTW, for those, who curious, they gave me almost complete refund (except for $5 tip I gave), so now my feelings are mixed... Nice thing to have money back, but may be I had to let it go? :)
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
