The best way to create this report is to create a cursor that has the detail lines repeated. Add a set of detail lines with an additional field called RECTYPE set to "1". Then add the same set of detail lines again, setting the RECTYPE to "2" for these records. Create an index on the table that sorts by RECTYPE, and then line number or part number or whatever else you want. Create a Data Group on the report that breaks on RECTYPE, and set it to start on a new page. In the report definition, you can use the Print When logic to conditionally print the boxes and header information depending on whether RECTYPE = "1" or RECTYPE = "2".

>Hi Cathy - thanks for replying and sorry! - I didn't realise I missed all that detail!

>Yep the second page is a repeat of the first page but instead of the fax details at the top, it's laid out like an order form (so yes this is additional information although it's not drawn from tables...). The detail lines are the same as on the quote with the addition of "boxes" so that the person placing the order can specify the quantity of items required.

>>>Hi - I have recently created two reports, one is a quote and contains line details of items with prices and the second report is the accompanying order form. In my code I call the quote report then the order report and this works fine - BUT I would like fuse the two reports together so they behave like one print job - as it is we have to send two faxes!
>>>
>>>Any ideas on how to get a second page on my report with both pages having detail lines?
>>>
>>>Thanks!
