It's not third party, but if it's a really simple app, you might want to look at the application wizard. You might not like what you end up with (most of us don't), but it's so simple and quick to use that if you're unhappy with the result, at least you haven't spent an awful lot of time and effort, so you can just wipe it out without having lost much.
