I think it is always good to warn someone about the application wizard that it is capable of creating something that works but if you want to modify or add to it you can easily have a nightmare on your hands! :)
Having said that I did make some good money off of a few persons who used this tool and then "hit the wall".

>It's not third party, but if it's a really simple app, you might want to look at the application wizard. You might not like what you end up with (most of us don't), but it's so simple and quick to use that if you're unhappy with the result, at least you haven't spent an awful lot of time and effort, so you can just wipe it out without having lost much.
