Perhaps I am becoming callous (which I am), but I really do not care! California has its own energy problems and no one outside the state cared or cares. Let everyone enjoy power outages for whatever reason. Perhaps a power outage would help wake up our nations capitol! No, that would be asking too much - that is our nations capitol waking up! :)
