Pablo, not sure which runtimes you have tried copying, but this is a problem i have come across, below is a lst of files that need to be in the Bin Dir and also windows\system dir

crdb_odbc.dll
crviewer9.dll
querybuilder.dll
u2ddisk.dll
u2ftext.dll
ufmanager.dll

also the following need registering using regsvr32.exe ...

crqe.dll
crviewer9.dll
craxddrt9.dll
craxdrt9.dll
keycode.dll

you should also note that for Win98 i have found that you need to have UNICOWS.dll on the machine, you can download it from Microsoft.com and you also need to have a registry entry as well which is as follows
\hkey_local_machine\software\Crystal decisions\9.0\crystal reports\common files

the value of commonfiles needs to be set to "c:\program files\common files\crystal decisions\2.0\bin\"
