This is a fairly new habit among young people that started out on my own generation, although I never got very accustomed to it. Anyway, most of the members of my team (10 years younger than me on average) use to kiss them when they arrive in the morning.

I agree in that it's a fair custom. Some of my friends greet me this way, and some don't. My tendency is to shake hands with men, and kiss the ladies. 8-)

Haven't seen another place where this is so usual. Someone else did?
