When you are saying Message Service you mean IM? I don't have any IM programs installed. The only thing I did a few days ago when MSBlast was around, is downloaded many patches from MSFT site (SP4 for Win2K and many others). You think that could have installed the Message Service (whatever it is). And how do you turn it off?

>If it looks like a messagebox, you may be running the Message Service. Turn it off in Windows Services and the message will go away.
