Thanks for the fast response. I added mschrt20.ocx to the setup cd & put it into c:\windows\system32 on the notebook pc, but still get the same error.
It sounded good, & I have that file on my developement pc & did not have it on the notebook pc. It's on there now.
Any other thoughts are welcome.
