I have received over 300 of these emails in the last 3-4 days. After reading your message about the machine info not being spoofed I started looking at them. Every one that I checked has the following information:

Received: from RECEPTION-NEW (CPE00062581a400-CM400045884590.cpe.net.cable.rogers.com [24.102.132.134])

I have no idea who this is but obviously they have me in their address book!!! I tried contacting Rogers.com which is a cable internet provider .. but I haven't received a reply yet!!
