I wasn't there. I was hooking up to them remotely and was told about it. I assume it's just a comercial CB similar to the CBs in vehicles, but this one was for home use. I don't think it's anything with extra power. Someone has gone out there today and we'll get more info. The PC is on a smart UPS with voltage regularity. They know not to plug anything else into it, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
