Ok, this one was difficult to resolve.

1. Couldn't succeed to get at least one email from it
2. When directly to the Mail Daemon server
3. Zip all .msg files into one zip file
4. Remove everything under my account
5. FTP that zip file over here
6. Unzip and read all of them directly by assigning the .msg extension to Notepad
7. Had 278 for the last 12 hours so read all of them from Notepad and manually create a new email in Outlook for the replies
8. Went back in Outlook and Send/Receive and it works
