Cannot access personal files, such as My Documents, My pictures, Control Panel, etc...in Windows XP. Only thing that can be done is to sign on to the internet and surf. Whenever they try to access My documents ( and other files), they get a Runtime Error that says:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the Applicants support team for more information.

I am the administrator and I don't have this problem, but the other two accounts are limited accounts and they can't access any of their personal files. I have changed their accounts to administrators and that doesn't work either. I have ran a sfc/scannow and that didn't seem to fix the problem either. It has been like this for at least 4 months and I'd really like to get this resolved. Please help...I'm so confused.
