I got there when it finished but I read the log. Total waste of time would seem correct. So should'nt we make sure that something like that does'nt happen in the future?

Who's to blame? What is to blame?

Some basic principles. This could have been defined as an informal reunion. So perhaps the persons in charge of that reunion are to blame because they lost control of it. But did they ever control it?

They should have defined the main topics and define maximum time for each of these topics. This should have been defined before the chat session.

I don't want to blame those that initiated that reunion but before you schedule an event like that you should be available through it all. Don't leave before it finishes. It looks impolite <bg>. Why schedule this if you don't have the time?

That event should'nt have been the place to try to solve problems that some exposed. It was not the time for that. Those in control should have made that clear.
