I use to have a similar problem with my home PC that's connected to a Linux server because my Windows login and password didn't match a Linux one. I used a batch file with NET USE commnads that was run from Windows Startup to get around it. The problem disappears after I synchronized user name and password but I'm not sure how you can do thet for PC in Windows domain.
