Well, I used to live in (Scottsdale and Paradise Valley) for a couple of very hot summers in the early 80's and I think that there is city from Scottsdale to Phoenix except for around Camel Back Mountain (unless that has changed also). Except for the heat and the dust devils (dust storms) the desert is quite beautiful. My sister still lives in Tucson. I remember that the winner of the door prize in Melissa's session won for guessing the type of truck she drove ( I think it was an Isuzu at that time...) It was probably the year 1995 afterall. I really enjoyed it anyway!

Forgot to mention that when I lived there, the Pointe was famous for their Ostrich eggs. They probably don't serve those anymore...
