Oh, Orrin wasn't the worst, even though kept asking Gates to answer a question with a yes or no that was connected with the lawsuit against Microsoft, and inspite of one the other senators reminding him of this. The worst was Jesse Helms. He could barely mumble the questions that his staff had prepared for him.
