Hello Martin
>>In my case, losing some emails could risk missing some business oportunitites
But what of the risk that an important e-mail is missed while you try not to waste too much precious time sorting the grains of wheat from the voluminous chaff?!
I'm not trying to tell you your business... but consider the opportunity cost of wading through all this junk every day. And what if you go on holiday for a week?!
Perhaps you could put an auto-reply on your old address saying that the company has upsized its e-mail to serve customers better and this address no longer works, with a phone number so people can call you or a web page where they can go for updated details?
Regards
JR
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
