Since there is only a dial-up connection seems that there is no really convenient way to share the remote printer. You apparently should choose between fax printing and sending reports through e-mail. Or maybe somebody can come up with another solution.

In case of e-mail there should be some mechanism developed for receiving the reports in reasonable time. It is probably possible to write the app that every X minutes connects (unless it stays connected most of the day) and checks the e-mail looking for e-mails with the report. They may have certain subject line. There is also a security issue as the e-mail may be intercepted. It may or may not be a problem.
