Actually Fernando that blurb on the article (placed there by MS not me) is probably mistaken. I'm not sure I ever even read it before... hmm....
Actually, the white paper was written for people who are *not* beginning developers -- it's more about extending the framework and replacing the application wizard.
The idea was: that an experienced developer could take the shipping framework and customize it very slightly to be more completely fit his/her recommendations for other people (beginners) that he worked with. And that this was easy to do and worth doing.
Also wrong in the blurb (and the title, also not mine) the framework is not just VFP 6 but that's neither here nor there <g>. The distinction they meant was: it's not the 5.0 application framework, that's all.

Could you please give me your opinion (as a writer) if there is no more market for this kind of book or if there is no more people interested in writing this kind of book?
------
No, I could not. I am not qualified to say. I think you might want to talk to Nancy F or Dave F. They are both MVPs and they both currently write books about VFP. They spend much more time helping people on UT than I do. It follows that they must have a better grasp of both the needs of VFP developers and of the market for this kind of book than I would.
There might in fact be such a book already, for all I know <s>. Nancy or Dave or any of the other MVPs here could recommend one if there is.
