If this 4-5 hr. free seminar comes to your area, and you aren't already working with Client/Server, you should go! John Miller walked us through every step from starting SQL-Server and logging on through how to adjust your DBC to make the Upsizing Wizard work without hiccups finishing with a review of what procedures should be on the client side vs the local side. A simple APP was shown as local and as Client/Server and what changes were made to have equivalent functionality.

I guess the left coast gets the good treatment. I went to this yesterday. 2 hrs explaining how to convert 2.6 to 5.0 code, 10 minutes (maybe) looking at the sql server manager. no time spent on upsizing or internet work (mentioned in event description, left as 'done somewhere else' in seminar). Supposed to be in the washington DC area for another week or two. I'd recommend skipping it.
