Good suggestion. I imagine you would probably want to establish a User Preference table, where you could store all kinds of user-specific information, such as the last PK, organized by each user's login name. Of the other pieces of information stored here, flexible format mask options come to mind, as well as PK's on any other forms' parent tables, and various options on forms and report setups. I added this kind of thing to my Visual Promatrix VFP framework, which didn't have it natively either. But I'll tell you, the end-users have been quite enthusiastic indeed when their newly opened form lands automatically on the last record they edited AND when the system seems to "learn" what their individual preferences on various forms are.

This may be beyound the scope of what the MM.NET architects are willing to include natively into the framework but, hey, it never hurts to throw out suggestions like this.
