Binding to a dataset via the BO is covered very well in developers guild and the example application I'm sure you will progress thrpugh it rapidly. What I'm trying to do is recreate the functionality of the VMP form gridnav two pages. In oder to do that I have to bind the grid to a dataview. What is so frustrating is the fact that without the framework I can do this (I did do it). The develpoers guild shows how to create the dataview and directs me to the Data Binding Mere Mortals Windows Forms Controls topic

that doesn't have enough information to implement the approach.
