IMHO those are two very strong pros and cons to C# for me. I despise nothing like I despise case sensitivity (well, semicolons at the end of lines as in Delphi bug me too), but I would really like to be able to delve into any tools written in C#. I've just noticed myself that there are many more examples (or else that is all I am finding) in C# out there than in VB.net which makes self-improvement or even self-teaching in the language much easier...
