Not to confuse things by providing too much irrelevant detail, but the report is not at all process intensive. It is designed to look like a manual form so it is detailed and has lots of boxes, lines labels etc. Each field on the form is actually referencing an array element that has been pre populated by a PRG. So the report is actually a single page that prints static info....
