Nope ... I was in the Navy ... field conditions for me was a 70' x 50' compartment on Deck 1 that slept 50 men from the combat systems department. We worked 12 hour shifts ... 3 hours of the "on shift" was spent in the gym. We had four meals a day, TV, VCR, and a compartment cleaning crew that kept berthing nice and clean.
Field conditions in Iraq or Afghanistan, a shot at being killed by an "improvised explosive device" AND $35,519 a year compensation (starting ... I guess you can work up to $75,000 if you live to exercise your optional extention at the end of a year ... attrition I believe the operative word is). SIGN ME UP baby. I bet the night life kickin' with all those muslim women as well. How could any one resist??? Sign up today?
