Yes you were right, the account was disabled. Now, I have enabled the account.

Now, there is another problem,

When I tried to update the reference to webservice it gives me following message in error dialogbox:
The document is not recognised as a known document type(WSDL, XML Schema or Discovery document) for following reason:
-The content type 'application/octet-stream' is not valid for XML document.

Even I removed the web-reference and then again tried to create web-reference. The dialogbox for web-reference lists the contents of the MyWebService.vsdisco file in Left Panel and on right side it gives, (Under Web Service)No webreference found on this page. and (Under Error)The proxy settings on this computer are not correctly configured for use.

Actually, I don't use proxy server. My PC is a stand-alone computer. What's wrong?

Any further assitance?
