Interesting concept. Seems like you could potentially miss live data doing that, however.

I suspect that SQL Server doesn't have the types of problems that VFP has with pushing data over the wire. From what I can see and what I understand, vfp is very inefficient when it comes to what it pushes over the wire ( data, indexes and the like ).
