>>It would be an administrative nightmare to post or email the results of a specific request. Sometimes, we get several change requests that are similar from diverse sources. Other times, we lump together requests in specific areas from, again, diverse sources.

I've been reading "FoxTales: Behind the Scenes at Fox Software" (
http://www.hentzenwerke.com/catalogpricelists/ftale.htm). Kerry had some interesting comments about enhancement requests. They had many and every one seemed to be a "must have." The original Fox team was a small group (compared to the group that developed dBase). With limited resources, adding all the ERs made it difficult to ship new versions in any sort of reasonable time frame. What they ended up doing is working rediculously long hours.
