Yes it is the SET LIBRARY function. It seems that during the install using the install schield lite program that bundles with FoxPro 7.0, the foxtools.fll is not copied to the runtime directory where it needs to go. Can't seem to figure out how to do that during the install build within Install Schield. Any Ideas?
