There's no an automatic & easy way to do it, you should look at the OE internal Format, open it with LLFF or StrToFile()+ALINES() and do the hard work. An excelente site with this information is here:

The semi-automatic way is this (less work):

File ---> Export ---> Address Book ---> Text File

With this you can get a CSV file wich can easily append into a VFP cursor.
