I have no experience with RAID controllers, but we may be going to a dedicated server with a RAID controller in the not too distant future. I have a question: Would not the OS and RAID controller (and mainly the controller) be responsible for mirroring the writes? I don't think there should be any changes neccessary to the program to work with RAID. Am I wrong?
