For some reason we have to use port 8080 on our webserver. But, if you type in the ip address, you have to add 8080, such as 222.67.89.23:8080. I'm no big router guy, shouldn't we be able to tell the router for the request of 222.67.89.23 to go to 8080??? or am I wrong? What about with our url, www.someurl.com, can it just point directly to 222.67.89.23:8080??
Thanks,
Dan
