It is no secret that JVP finds it very amusing to bash VFP in every way he can, and from within the VFP community. He's probably paid by someone who has benefits of letting VFP die.

He does not give a damn about VFP and its community and is only here to raise it status and to be labeled as GURU who foresaw the demise of VFP. He has no particular knowledge of VFP and its capabilities nor does he have the intellectual knowledge about application development. He does not know the definition of a relational database and has never heard about META data or data driven applications. He can't make the distinction between a data handling object and a data engine (Yes I can give you references to messages which lead me to this conclusion). If an object can pass a SQL string it is capable of handling SQL by John's logic. Johns logic is seriously flawed as we have witnessed the last few weeks by making tremendous errors in his statements.

He's just fooling us with smooth words and distractions to give us the impression he knows what he is talking about. I've never seen him show any expertise of VFP related stuff in the last few years I know him through this forum. He threathens you with all kinds of things but has no clue himself. He's no more than a FAKE.

JVB is harmfull for the VFP community as he scares people away from VFP with no good arguments, based on virtually nothing. In a way a feel sorry for him in failing what he is trying to achieve.
