Actually I'm suprised that the 100 or so judges that messed with the case in the USA all let the linux vendor use "Lindows". My opinion is that "Lindows" is simply too close to "Windows" and they shouldnt be allowed to use the name. Funny all the MS lawsuits going on and this is one they loose? geeeze.
