Nope - it's the rest of the market. The only guy I heard personally diss Fox was a mid-level VB programmer, who tried Fox and couldn't code his shoelaces in it. And then there was Gartner many years ago, and... well, any merchant who is selling Microsoft's stuff is expected to boast his stuff, and denigrate everything else. And they will make more money selling more expensive solutions.
