FWIW - that wasn't me. That was my evil un-twin - that other Bill Sanders.

>The solution: convert AM4 into a Web service, using Microsoft Visual Studio® .NET and the .NET Framework. CDS Chief Architect Bill Sanders, said of the Microsoft .NET-connected solution: "We are amazed at how much a single developer can achieve in a short time using the .NET Framework. It's a truly incredible toolset."

Lets see - where does it bomb ?
VFP-dynamically-generated XML - can do that without dot net framework or architecture.
VFP-dynamically-generated web sites including HTML, JAVA, javaScript, and XML - can do that WITHOUT IIS, and without .NET framework.

Of course - to make it 'done' utilizing VFP - one does have to purchase and/or use some additional toolsets. My best guess is that my evil un-twin really did not WANT to suggest some purchases, as they were getting the Dot NET Framework for free.

Its interesting to note that all of this 'work' could have been accomplished utilizing the ComCodeBook Framework for VFP that YAG's previous company used to put out.

gufen xMas, and mondo regards [Bill]
