Nice implicit stress testing that ensures that apps don't break on filenames containing blanks or directory names that consume a significant portion of the filename limit (probably done this way because Microsoft products used to have problems in both respects, and some still do).

I noticed today that it seems CONFIG.SYS has nno affect unless the EXE (as oppesed to a PRG) is running.
