I received a year ago(from UK based firm) VFP application done in India. They like to add only XML import/export feature to it.
When we look at the code Venelina only ask how many times per month this apps crashES - answer was that it is crashes once per week.
We rewrite the application(as new update) because it was good for nothing.

I also can hire a lot of "programmers" here in Bulgaria and offer the same rates or lower. But I suppose that after doing one application the company will not order me any project anymore.

There are also Cyprus firm which try to come in BG market with team from Indian developers, after a year they close operations.
